Honestly loved it. I know the writing isn't as in depth as you'd want in places which is definitely a big issue but other than that the premise, the directing, the acting, and especially the cinematic were all brilliant. There's a lot of people saying there won't be another but I really hope the studio give it another push and go for the sequel, or even do a prequel to fill the story out a bit more before moving forward. It would be a shame to temporarily lose Daisy Ridley and perhaps Tom Holland doing so but the story itself is so worth pursuing (as long as they come back to them afterwards as they were such a force together!). I really hope this gets the second chance it needs while the main actors are still in their prime because this movie was almost brilliant and they could definitely pull it back and make it a memorable franchise
