I have had the worst experience ever after the park closed for an hour and two minutes 30 minutes after getting here I asked for a rain check because My pass clearly states after 60 minutes I would be issued one. I spoke with a manager named Brooklyn Hoffman, who was belligerent and made a racial comment while I was on the phone. She then proceeded to coerce her coworkers into saying she said no such thing. I had my phone on speaker so myself and two other bystanders overheard the comment to which I got their phone numbers. I have never been treated so rudely then refused to give me either a corporate phone number or tell me how I could contact the general manager and ended the phone call by calling me a propane name.
