I grew up watching the little mermaid and loved watching the series as well being a kid in the 80s was a festive time and watching all the Disney movies I loved as a kid turn into live action films has been awesome but I gotta admit I had my doubts with the little mermaid as I'm sure all of others have had as well but when I heard and saw Hallie on one of the clips singing omg!! It blew me away she is awesome and well deserved recognition and a job well done I'm so proud of her portrayal of Ariel and I'm just in awww
