Very dissatisfied with this company tried to order the brother innovis embroidery machine m340ed on Saturday as it was on special offer for a day which ended on the Sunday the person on the phone said his computer wouldn't let my payment go through as he had had a problem with it all day. Spoke to customer services on Monday to be told I could purchase at full price I explained it was not my fault as I ordered when it was on tv on special she still said I could purchase at full price. WHAT A CON will definitely not be ordering anything else.
