the only reason this game is still around is because it is the ONLY version of magic found online. daybreak has ruined this game. they hide the chat feature from new members on a clunky interface from the early 2000s. they FORCE you into 2 factor authentication instead of allowing you to opt in. you are restricted from trading if you don't. customer service is slow and almost always an automated generic message that solves no ones issue nor even address your issue. daybreak is ONLY concerned about taking your money and providing as little as possible. there has not been any interface updates of any significant value since i started playing MTGO over 10years ago. constant bugs that are never addressed. your match will crash and reset and you'll watch the entire game replay. if WOTC moves this game away daybreak and finds someone who will actually fix bugs and work on improving this archaic client then it would be phenomenal. instead we get this piece of trash with somehow worse customer service.
