A slow but endearing burn of a story. Thwarted by life and it's ups and downs, the two main characters endure the years with and without each other. The plot works as it feels true to life. Blubbed like a baby with goosebumps on the penultimate episode and mostly through the last one.
Lovely score and location settings but never distracting from Emma and Dexter.
