Oh my god this was the biggest waste of time ever. Over two hours of my life I am never going to get back. Absolutely nothing happens in the first half of the movie, a sharp contrast to Knives Out which is a masterpiece from beginning to end. None of the characters have the individuality and the draw that made the characters in the original so appealing. Someone else said it but they seriously are the same person but with different jobs. A governor would never leaver her state in the middle of a global pandemic unless she was dreaming of political suicide for one. This sorry excuse for a movie also breaks rule number one of murder mysteries: it's never the twin. Honestly the writers were either drunk or on crack or both while writing this movie because I can't even find a whiff of a plot line anywhere. Not to mention the fact that Benoit Blanc's character has been completely ruined. This "film" is filled with references to quarantine culture to try and make the characters more appealing but they're just going to be absolutely obsolete in about five years. Seriously, do not waste your time with this one and just watch Knives Out instead. At least that one has a plot.
