If you like a fast paced action movie about Special Ops, particularly USAF JTAC's and RPV's , this would be the movie for you. Like all Hollywood movies it takes some dramatic license, but after the first 10 minutes or so the action starts and dosen't end until the closing credits. If you're one, especially a USAF Veteran, who picks apart a movie unless it's 100% accurate, I suggest you stay home. But if you like a movie that is just fun and at times has you on the edge of your seat or cheering for the good guys, then you'll really enjoy this one.

I dont know what movie the critics watched but sure as hell it wasnt The Last Full Measure! While they give 5 stars to the same tired horror, chick flicks, and Capt Marvel/Star Wars flicks. Maybe they have the lost their ability to critic a move with strong acting, excellent script, perhaps best of all, a movie you can watch and 10 minutes after you get out you're not asking others WTH did we just see. If you served in Nam or the military, had relatives who did, or are inspired by those who go in harm's way for us, DON'T MISS THIS MOVIE. PS. Bring your Kleenex and definitely stay for the credits.

Better than the first one and well worth the ticket. Action scenes are excellent even if CGI in many. It takes you from the 1930's through Pearl Harbor, Coral Sea and the battle of Midway. The development of the characters far exceeds what the first Midway attempted to do. It develops the ones that mattered to the battles and historical accuracy and didnt waste time with the old Heston-Albert story line of the first movie or characters that don't and didnt matter. I highly recommend this movie.
