I was introduced to the writings of Gregg Olsen by reading If You Tell. I could not put this book down. It was as though I was one of the sisters and was experiencing what they were going through. I am the middle girl of three and although not even the slightest comparison can be made to the torture that these girls endured at the hands of their mother, me and my two sisters had a horrendous childhood, and carry scars brought on by booze and the hands of our mother’s drunken, violent and abusive boyfriends. How brave these girls are! I commend Gregg Olsen for his ability to share this real-life story in such a way as to make the reader’s hear hurt. Mine did! I am on a mission to read every novel written by Gregg Olsen. I have read seven so far and I’ve passed them on to friends to enjoy. I am a true fan!
