Laborious dull prequel with little of the wit or pace of the first two movies. Preachy and pretentious desperately trying to convince us against the carnage that is war. The main villain being a Scottish nationalist presiding over a who’s who of baddies ranging from Rasputin to Mata Hari was frankly laughable
