I am amazed at how Tom Clancy concocted his espionage story. I don’t know if he’s a Christian or not. But the way the plot , the script ,etc was ‘ concocted’ , i’d say , it is by God’s design that Jack Ryan came into being. For a guy who had to forego his doctoral degree in economics and or Finance to join the marines in Afghanistan , almost died but rehabilitated; to be harnessed by Wm. Harper as a financial analyst in the CIA and to look into evil designs to destroy the bastion and guardian of democracy-the USA , was and is all God’s plan and design. You and others may label it as a super Spy thriller BUT i loo at it on d spiritual dimension. Thamk you so much Mr. Clancy. You are one of God’s gift to all those who savor your books and movies.
