The show was well executed and keeps you on your toes BUT what bled my heart was AFRICAN CUISINE NOT BEING SHOWCASED ANYWHERE...I find that a very narrow view of the world to ignore the food basket of the world with the most organic ingredients & unique
cuisine in the world.
