As a former Blackberry user ( my first smartphone) I found this movie informative enough to explain why I didn’t like the initial iPhones. ( The lack of a physical keyboard to a screen keyboard was a major adjustment) but this movie also shows how the developers who physically built the Blackberry had such a different workflow ethos than the corporate world. ( group relaxation time over meeting change expectations) I had one of those Blackberry Bold devices with the extended screen and physical keyboard, sold only on Verizon. Those were the days of certain devices limited to certain phones carriers, which made the phones work better on those carriers—something that was never explained to us consumers. It was also the reason why BlackBerry eventually faded out as the innovator cellphone. Not an exciting film unless you used to have a BlackBerry.
