I watch the Late Show quite often after the 11 o'clock news. Last night 3/18/19 was probably the last time. My politics fall someplace in the middle of the left and right and I find much of what POTUS says and does offensive. Colbert has been roasting him nightly since his election which is getting old but last night crossed a line. He used the shootings in New Zealand to launch into Trumps response during his dialog. While he personally may have found Trumps response lacking or insincere using a tragedy to publicly ridicule him is inexcusable. If he and his writing staff had any vision there are many other subjects to focus on rather than a nightly rant on POTUS.
