Each episode gets better. I started with the 2nd episode, then went back to the first. It was interesting to see how it started after watching the other episodes first. The integration of his world class fitness friend and the longevity doctor was a huge plus, but the first episode with Dr. Akinola was very good as well. She would have been great to have been kept on in all the episodes.
I've tried some of the techniques, and so far it's been life changing. Chris gets more and more humble with each test which makes me feel less and less inadequate to even attempt them. His stardom also decreases with each episode as I realized his reasons for doing this are legit and not to promote his career. He feels real and relatable, and I was easily able to put his fame way behind his real intention - or he's really good at acting - either way the info is good stuff.
Yes, I'm careful and do not push myself to his extremes; but the bottom lines of the methods to live longer - that I can employ within my boundaries.
I've already recommended this series to several friends who take their lives seriously.
