We have been customers for many years. This trip, we ordered room service. On top of the $15 delivery fee, just up the elevator, gratuity, tip, and tax, it was $56. What we received was 2 sliders and 4 chicken strips! Seriously!!! We had to call back down for fries that should have been with the chicken strips for $16?? Plus, they did not give us a receipt showing charges, so naturally you give a tip. We had to ask for a receipt which was brought up later with fries. Very poor customer service. With the changes with Caesars, They have ruined El Jefe's and Brews Brothers. We will probably not be back!
