This is one of those late night funny B movies that flew under the radar but its well worth the watch if you can get a hold of it. It’s a bit uneven story wise but there are plenty of funny scenes many of which involve J.T. Walsh who literally steals every scene he’s in as the abrasive police chief. It’s worth watching just for his scenes alone. If you’re a fan of b-movies and goofy comedies I highly recommend it.
