I don’t write book reviews but was so annoyed with myself for buying this book I wanted to prevent anyone from making the same mistake. Take your money and invest it instead. You would have to have no common sense and no understanding of income tax, mortgages, how to save money, basic stocks , bonds and funds to find this book useful.
