This movie is a giant step forward in the LGBT+ community, giving an appropriate gay rep unlike Bohemian Rhapsody. Not only that, the movie represents depression and bulimia extremely well, showing the not-so-pretty parts of Elton John's life without sugarcoating it whatsoever. The movie's soundtrack is an absolute masterpiece, the wardrobe is beautifully made, and every single thing about the film is perfect. I would recommend this movie for ages 14+, and wouldn't recommend if you are bothered by serious mommy and daddy issues, sex, homophobia, drugs, eating disorders, and glam.
