The movie does all the things the series does wonderfully- bringing levity to grief and dark moments without detracting from them, showcasing awesome fights and combat, and following the manga's direction. Highly enjoyed the movie, and totally recommend going to see it. My favorite part of this movie is I saw it in an "upgraded" theater- IMAX/XD/etc, and the sound managed to follow scenes beautifully. I remember a moment when Tanjirou was using the second form, and the wave of water started at the top of the screen, moving left and down, then to the right, and the audio design followed that direction beautifully. Really immersive.
