This show lost it's way after 2013. This show was pure brilliance that consisted of Sci-Fi, horror, humour and adventure. But ever since then it has always been about political correctness and forcefully preaching agendas. It's such a shame that a franchise this big has fallen so low.

Although all seasons have been extraordinarily brilliant, season 3 was the best as it took a turn from the previous two seasons. In season 3 the show became darker and emphasised the philosophical element to it, which made it more interesting. A show that you'd binge watch and will hate yourself for doing so at the end of it!
