This album shows the the transitional period from rap funk to more melodic songs. This is the first album with John Frusciante and Chad Smith. Lots of rap songs like Good Time Boys and Taste the Pain. In contrast of these, melodic songs like Knock Me Down and the stevie wonder cover higher ground that are outstanding. This album has some amazing tunes from my favourite Chili's line-up. Higher Ground and Knock me Down are some of their best songs and there is no doubt that this is a great album.
