They shouldn't have been allowed to use the title 'A Christmas Carol' for this movie! I wish people would take the time to read the actual story to get the message instead of relying on 2-3 hour movie 'adaptations', no matter who stars in them. 'A Christmas Carol' is a ghost story published in 1843 and has stood the test of time because of it's literary nature. Adding a bunch of nonsense sexual abuse situations and violence, for no good reason, does the story no honor. There truly is no shame in these modern times!
