why ? this film is quite filmsy to watch the first half till interval is the only part where the film remains with history after interval it turns to a fictional writing where in PU BAPU reigns supreme , everybody falls to his feet no one challenges his authority , everyone is awestruck for some reason ,it feels as if you are watching a school skit rather than a film. Characters dont have actual or real conversations they quite monotonous or dont have depth , PU BAPU is always on a counselling spree ,he counsels everyone on the fly , godse ( chinmay mandlekar's role is very short and in transients , lacks depth (compare this film to the legend of bhagat singh made by rajkumar santoshi) .The characters almost resemble someone who is a caricature of some one in real life . Apart from few scenes where gandhi and godse have some real conversation rest is quite airy , paper thin .In the film people talk about doing desh seva as if they are going to a picnic. There are many such scenes which are unintentionally laughable because of the dialogues or the way it is presented .
