Playing franchise mode you win a game but when you exit out of the game they main screen says you lose. I played a game and it was 28 to 21 and it said I lost 21-0. When I won the game. Also playing myplayer the computer won't show up at all. And glitches all the time. They need to update this game fast. I wish I could get my money back bc I would rather play madden 20.
