Fantastic use of colour and saturation. Gruesome, erotic, never dull but not much action, the story unfolds with a sprinkling of laughs and some great one liners. It is overdone, starts gothic and then goes carnival surreal until descending to winter tones. Explores a range of questions such as mortality, morality, manner, prostitution and narcissism. Synopsis: well that was different! I can see why people might hate it too.
