To put it blunt, you need to be somewhat intelligent to enjoy this series. It’s not a put on in the background kind of show. It’s a short series, but really hits on the meaning of life and what it means for humans to live and to die. I’ve seen so many one star ratings about the main character, Carol, being monotone and boring - congrats, that is the whole point. I think this was well made! Watching how Carol, such a reserved and quite boring woman who seems to want nothing to do with the excitement that comes with the last months alive, find and create excitement in an environment carefully constructed to be the complete opposite. At the end of the day, we aren’t so different. Will be recommending to my friends with an attention span!
