The book is amazing, much better than a movie. It paints a vivid picture of the main characters life, her loneliness, her fascination with nature, her urge to find human connection and not feel like a castaway. The plot tells a story of her childhood and her coming of age, whilst at the same time solving a murder case. Highly recommend
