Copied this from Graham Carey because it's exactly as I felt about it Still trying to figure out how i feel about this movie. It was a totally different take on all the other batman movies, even more dark compared to its predecessors. I wasnt sold on rob Pattersons Batman he was very broody emo like batman... yes Batman suffered pain and loss but as Bruce wayne he still had charm and charisma with a funny one liner here and there. This Bruce wayne looked like he was ready to break down and cry at any given moment. The film was prolonged by about an hour many needless scenes taking place irrelevant to the story. If your looking for an action packed superhero movie this isnt the one but more getting to see the detective side of the Dark Knight "and his dreary personality " casting of penguin and catwoman was on point doh. They definitely get the thumbs up, all in a nut shell was good not great
