Watching this video was profound for me. It was as if she gathered all the various things I have learned, or half learned, through out my life, and put them together into one picture of whats going on. This is not only information I desperately needed in my life, it is an understanding I need to teach to my 13 year old daughter whom I feel is at a very important crossroad in her life.
