You know how they say a TV show jumped the shark? Well, this movie is so bad the shark jumps the movie with about seven minutes left.
It started slow. I was willing to stick with it in hopes that it would pick up. Then the low rent CGI started. At a certain point, it became like watching a train wreck. It was so bad, that I couldn't turn away.
Then it became comically bad. So I started riffing on it MST3K style with my wife. That at least made it funny enough to be bearable. Of course in the end she was never actually rescued, so it became a pointless waste of an hour and a half I will never get back.
Do not recommend.
