This film is just awful, it's a complete insult to Hitchcock's masterpiece, Rear window. The whole story could have been done in about 20 minutes without 90 minutes of boring filler and the sub plot of a cringeworthy teen rom com which hijacks the film completely, the final showdown is extremely boring and predictable, the last scene is just idiotic and the characters are all completely one dimensional and unlikeable. The beginning scene could have been a good opertunity for a good story but it doesn't work with this film because it is pointless to the plot. I would not recommend wasting your time with this film and watch rear window instead, it's much more entertaining and the characters don't make you cringe through the whole thing.
