Don't go for the one-star reviews. Most of them are haters and are living in the 80s. As the name says "kaathal" is about love. Love that doesn't have any shape and size or gender. This movie has showcased an actual issue in society. It shows how societal pressure can ruin people's lives. I'm happy that these kind of social awareness movies have started to come in Malayalam industry. Great work.
