Unfortunately, unexpectedly and grudgingly, I have to give it 1 star only at this stage. Have I played it? NO I bought the premium deluxe version on the very first day. I was super excited about it and couldn't wait to start playing it. Unfortunately, the first issues showed up at the installation stage. As usual, Microsoft is overcomplicating things. I had to spend two hours with technical support to solve the issue. Eventually, it worked and could install the sim. Today, I was sure I could finally use it but... nope. It keeps asking me to insert the CD. Who the hell still needs CDs? It's a digital version, so... Once again, another hour spent with the support, being asked to launch scripts in powershell, install Xbox beta app that's supposed to launch the app itself. In the end, it didn't work and the first line of support had to escalate the issue to another team... Seriously, MS is capable of ruining even the best product ever with their labyrinthine and fluffy environment. I believe the sim is just awesome and I wish I could finally launch it and change the rating to 5 stars...
