SPOILERS!!! Visually stunning. Emotionally boring. Weak plot. Confusing characters with Spider and Sigourney Weaver’s daughter… WTH? Why is Jake still such a brute? Hasn’t he learned anything? And they just leave their people? Just like that? The ones they are in charge of? The ones they lead? I don’t get it. And the soldiers becoming Avatars was cool, but it’s the same old fight? They spend the whole movie just searching for Sully? And don’t get me started on the kids and the whales. Like who cares??? That’s what they should have named it… Avatar: The Kids and the Whales. They spent about 12 years on the visuals and about 12 minutes on the storyline and script. That’s 3 hours I’ll never get back.
