It’s been two day that I watched this movie and was trying to understand and get right words to express.
Frankly I wasn’t ready to watch this movie as I knew it could disturb me emotionally.
And that’s what happened.
We don’t know what exactly happened and what Kashmiri pandits went through. Heard a few stories of how they have to leave their homes and a settled life.
Have seen some so called Kashmiri leaders speaking arrogantly even in front of camera /media in Delhi studios and had thought if they are speaking this language on national television what way they would be treating people there? And sadly it’s not a story of history but very recent (1990).
All the actors did justice to their roles and gave feeling of helplessness.
I couldn’t watch the screen at the end and the agony was at its peak.
Though you know it’s movie you go through the pain (specially end)
Every movie gives something, some are brainless comedy, some are patriotic stories, emotional drama or love stories at the end you walk out saying good or bad movie.
This is hell disturbing your soul, in a way you stop talking and start thinking more.
When the movie was over including me there were tears in most of the people’s eyes.
A silence that even getting up from your seats needs efforts.
You don’t want to leave the theatre at such mode ,but then that was the reality which you can’t change.
This movie is definitely not just entitlement !
