Incredible production...script. soundtrack.. actors ...fascinating story... it was 3 hours long but I didn't mind it ...Academy Awards for everyone..if possible ;))

Three Academy Awards winners and two Academy Award nominations ,1965 , says it all !
A brilliant film that captures the societal context of the times it was filmed and should be critiqued as such. Any woman coming of age during those times having an independent mind of her own,, would tell you so.

I LOVED this film...a tremendous amount of work went into the production of this film..I congratulate everyone and I am sure empathy was the motivating factor for the director and actors to bravely tell Mark Hogancamp's story so successfully. The reviewers are simply wrong, like they were with Bohemian Rhapsody ..
