It's incredibly messy. I loved the concept of it and the first time I watched it, I was satisfied with it until I got to the ending. After years pass, I figure "maybe I'm too harsh on it" and I rewatch it only for it to be worse than before. The only thing I can safely say I enjoy is the concept, Maki's character (though I still can't stand her at times but her backstory is really creative), and the opening theme.
