Any 4 or 5 star reviews you see on here are most likely fake or made by an EA boot-licker. They’re gonna tell you the negative reviews are by people who are bad at the game or just haters. But i get it, I too used to sip EA’s kool-aid. By now it is pretty well known in the Madden/Football community that this game has been annually copy-pasted since Madden 13. Same animation-based gameplay, which means its about learning how to cheese the game and trigger animations, not skill. You can sleep-walk to a 17-0 season in franchise, and just like the last 10 Madden games, it does NOT matter what players you have. Any features they advertise as new are either not wanted, or were simply re-added after being removed in previous titles from over a decade ago. Seriously, go look at how deep some of the pre 2010 Madden games were and then compare it to the stuff we get now. Do not buy. EA thinks you’re stupid, EA does not respect you as a customer, EA does not care, because the game sells well every year due to namesake and no AAA competition. If you really need to scratch that itch to play with the updated rosters, wait until it’s on clearance.
