not bad a movie.. Refreshing since we do not have submarine movie for a long long while..

Probably 1 of best Jang Nara's work, after watching her on last work on VIP. Found the exorcism story refreshing with elements of Tao / Korean / Japanese / Chinese combined (if anyone felt his / her culture left out, my apology in advance). Very engaging and dense story, with no boring / draggy moments. Watch it if you are 1. Jang Nara fan 2. can take on fantasy exorcism but not so scary moment 3. Mild laughter from their serious acting :).

Not your usual drama. Very human with normal daily conflicts. I like it because it exposes a very unlikely relationship between a sprinter, a translator, a painter and a conglomerate. It allows me to appreciate the sprinter and translator. Do you guys know why kdramas are so successful despite in Korean language, as because of these translators behind the scene work, trying to understand and really translate to articulate the story (not just mere translating), even to metaphor level. Go for it if you need a relaxing and in depth story / character. Their subtle expressions tell it all. Great acting from Shin Se-Kyung, and often awkward response from Im Si-Wan as the sprinter makes me laugh at times (as I can reflect this from my old running days). Don't go if you're into action related, you'll fall asleep halfway :). Overall kudos to kdramas as they have really diversified and taking risk on different vectors.

Is this Marvel series.. Too Disneyfied.. Horrible.. Bring back Stan-like series..

Have not watch the Western version, but the korean version is quite watchable. Not all about techno startup, there is human dilemma element as well

WARNING: Signing up for this melodrama could result in binge watching. Personally I think this series has broken DotS benchmark, with each episode brings joy, laughter and sadness at the same time. Great scenary and great scripting, with only 2 minor flaw which I would not divulge as they are spoilers. Both Hyun-Bin and Son Ye-jin are exceptional actors with lots of their subtle but yet powerful expression. Last but not least, if these characters are real, we would wish North and South Korea reunited sooner; as there are many families who are separated by DMZ. Happy binge watching!! Oh boy, I forgot to mentioned that they probably have best OST (Original Sound Track) I have listened so far, so memorable.

A very engaging kdrama series worth binge watching, along with great cinematrography at least on 1st 13 episodes. Many interesting twist on their subplots, with least expected ending. As it march toward inevitable sad ending (sorry spoiler alert), I felt this is not doing justice to such a obnoxious yet caring IU as she's letting go of her 1000year old grudge. Go for this kdrama if you're into fairy tale, a little more understanding onto Taoism (yes, I was surprised how much similarity of Korean beliefs to Taoism), and IU's fascinating acting. Remember to let go at end of story so that you can cross the Sanzu bridge (for this kdrama series)

One of best spidery series. The 3 Spidey meeting one another gave me the Goosebumps.. Great work Marvel/Sony

A must watch if you into Augmented Reality (AR) and fiction dramas. Every episode is interesting till the last 20min of finale in which could be a better ending (though I can't think of a good alternative to it), else I'd be the writer or producer lar :)

Too bad I have watched Crash Landing on You (CLOY) ahead of this one, hence knocking 1 star off as Son Ye-Jin really amplify her acting skills on CLOY. Watch if you're new to Son Ye-Jin and Jung Hae-In, and suddenly become fans of them. Ye-Jin brought up her strong sincere expression acting in here as usual The story depicts of a noona (elder sister) who fell on love onto her friend younger brother. This drama explore strongly on Korean/Asian culture on taboo of dating an older person, from lower social standing as a stigma (sorry this is generic bias/perception, does not mean to degrade any Korean/Asian reader). You will be brought through the joy of love (anyone needing ideas on dating can watch here :), the pain / anger due to parents rejection (actually this k-drama only Yejin's mom rejects this strongly), how a filial daughter suffers through the ordeal as she fight against harassment in office and rejection at home on same time. In summary, this k-drama is for you if you can spend the time to appreciate the romance, the anger/frustration. In fact I took it slow at the beginning and binge watching at the last 3 episodes. BTW, watching this allows us to appreciate rain more, as miracle tend to happen on this time :). Happy watching
