Has anyone who made this movie even been to Bali? It's not some remote untouched place; it's a developed island with infrastructure. You don't need to camp in the jungle in Nusa Penida. There are a dozen taxis waiting on the road right outside all the tourist beaches, of which are visited by thousands of tourists. -_-
