Love it or List it is amazing. I absolutely love the changes Hilary makes - gives me ideas and notions! Moreover, she tries her darndest to please but still doesn't buckle under to unreasonable homeowner demands. I think David is insightful and resourceful as heck when trying to house hunt for new houses for the homeowners. Some of the changes Hilary comes up with, though, can dazzle the homeowners and thwart even his best efforts. I think what then raises the show to another level is their chemistry and banter. It 'makes' the show, in my opinion is the final icing on a great creation.
