This series has such negative reviews online but I think if you’re a true fan of Abel since his House of Balloon days, then it shows his craft behind it. Are some of the themes a bit scary and niche? Yes, but so is his music. It’s in a category of its own, never been done…so stop comparing it to other mainstream songs. Exploring the elements of pain and trauma then turning it into art has proven to give us some of the most beautiful pieces that have proven to be timeless. It’s a masterpiece and one of the few shows I’ve enjoyed in years.
