It was not well-written nor developed. It had no suspense. For me personally, the male actor wasn’t the best choice. At 46 mins in, I want to quit watching. It’s not captivating at all, I would not recommend. SPOILER: The killer went to the police station, and the cops did a horrible job of investigating. I have never seen someone with an axe, and had a poker/bland face. At 1 hr in, I am only interested in the victim’s brother. I’ll give him a 7, but I’ll continue just to see his reaction. The mother of the deaf daughter is also pretty good acting.
