This movie is a work of art. Joaquin Phoenix manages to master the fine art of bringing a comic book character into the real world beautifully. I smiled through this entire movie. The music, camera angles, visual backgrounds all combined with Joaquin’s masterful portrayal of a true psychopath create a sense of helplessness and horror that is unparalleled.
