I am a licensed therapist and have a second masters in forensic science. That is needed for this to make sense. I have worked in a state hospital for the criminally insane (Atascadero CA., Google.) I have studied of the history of Britain from the stone age. I had not heard of this event, but the history surrounding the timeframe fits. We call being out of control going "berserk" and use the term "Barbarian," as a significant insult to individuals, cultures, and civilizations that don't meet our sense of being genteel. Power has often gone hand and hand with chopping other heads off to feel taller. Guess that history does repeat itself, and we don't learn. Taller.
