Below average...as far as screenplay location and local cast is concerned, this could have made way better than shown. How come a whole city is after one kid, steered by an anmature villain, having no expressions and solid reasonof revenge. Poor guy was Don who was ruling the capital city, didn’t seem an assistant to even third in commands of Dons so casting was weak too.
