I tuned in specifically at the top of the show to see if Jess Allen would be professional enough to offer some type of olive branch to those who she very sufficiently offended by her off handed and bigoted comments about the game of hockey, its players, parents and kids. For someone who has lots to says, she sure has no real understanding of the game and how this game enriches the lives of many, many Canadians. I truly understand that there are many Canadians that are not hockey fans and do not like the game; however, to carry on on national TV and rant about the game is not only irresponsible, but childish as well. Perhaps the women on the Social should take a step back and take a good hard look at the how and when they use their voices. As a female older adult, I cannot help but say - you ladies have a lot of growing up to do! Shallow in your opinions, shallow in your content! You know the old saying "whats good for the goose is good for the gander". Now fess up Jess and make your apology heard!!!! Don did and he's still out a job! You should be next! BTW I am not a DC fan.
