Lily Maase

So I’m a fan of trash tv in its finer forms, but this one just took the ‘evil twin’ trope, wrung it out until there was absolutely no mystery left, somehow managed to make it extremely confusing regardless, and then ran the trope into the ground. The green screen at the waterfall scene at the end is the stuff of B movie gold. But instead of being deliciously bad this thing was so self-serious that I actually felt a little bad about myself for watching it. Time not well spent. Se la vie!
