Audriana Snelling

This movie is an obvious modern retelling - the trailer could have told you that. Clearly the writer and director wanted to take an artistic approach to it, and they did so. It is a genuinely good watch, a bit sappy and emo at times, but that was guaranteed to happen. The fight scenes, special effects and even gore are impressive, and Bill does an amazing performance with what he has to work with. It’s nothing like the OG, keep that in mind if you give it a watch.
